Rosemary Lamb Burgers

Rosemary Lamb Burgers

My family likes to eat lamb, our favorite ways are as kebabs or burgers. I put my own Heather twist on these rosemary lamb burgers.

The whole family loved them. If you want to plan ahead, for week night cooking, do all the prep work on the weekend, including mixing and forming the burgers. Place them on a parchment lined baking tray and cover with cling wrap. Refrigerate until you are ready to cook them.
