Easy Miso
  • 8 cups water, boiled
  • 6 tbsp. yellow miso paste
  • 3 tsp. dairy-free chicken bouillon
  • 4 tbsp. chopped dry dulse
  • 1 package extra firm tofu, cut in a large dice
  • Frozen peas, carrots, corn (optional)
  1. Boil water in a large stock pot
  2. Add in miso paste, dairy-free bouillon
  3. Stir to combine
  4. Gently stir in dulse and tofu pieces
  5. Mix in frozen vegetables
  6. Warm on low until everything is heated up
