Homemade Shake-n-Bake
  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs, I prefer using panko style
  • ΒΌ dairy-free Parmesan shreds, chopped into small pieces
  • 12/ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Coat chicken nuggets, tenders or other chicken pieces
  3. Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through
  4. I have been known to make extra of this so I can keep a bag ready to go in the freezer
