Lemon Vinaigrette
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ tsp. lemon zest
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • Fresh ground black pepper
  1. Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to a bowl
  2. Slowly whisk in olive oil, keep whisking the entire time
  3. Whisk for about 5 minutes or until the vinaigrette begins to thicken
  4. Add a bit more oil if the dressing does not thicken after 5 minutes
