Pan Fried Polenta
  • 1 tube ready made polenta
  • Marinara sauce
  • Dairy-free mozzarella cheese
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Olive oil
  1. Slice polenta into ¼” thick circles
  2. Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat
  3. Fry polenta slices until they are golden brown on both sides
  4. Remove from pan, place on paper towel lined plate to rest
  5. Sprinkle with kosher salt to taste
  6. While polenta is frying heat marinara sauce in a small sauce pot
  7. To serve, place fried polenta on a plate, top with dairy-free mozzarella and marinara sauce
  8. Serve while hot
