Fast School Night Tacos
  • 3 cups left over or store bought rotisserie chicken
  • 1 can chili verde sauce
  • 1 can re-fried beans
  • ½ cup white onion, diced
  • Sliced black olives
  • Shredded cabbage
  • Dairy-free cheddar cheese shreds
  • Gluten-free corn tortillas
  1. Saute chicken in pan to re-heat
  2. Once chicken is heated, add in chili verde sauce, warm all the way
  3. Heat re-fried beans in small pot and add in diced onion, stir to combine
  4. Warm corn tortillas on stove top
  5. Build tacos with a thin layer of beans, chicken, dairy-free cheese, cabbage, and olive
