Apple Pancakes for Dinner
  • 1 package ready made pancake batter – I use original Bisquick as it’s dairy free and safe for me to eat
  • 1-2 apples (we like to use Fuji)
  • Cinnamon or other spice of choice
  • Non-dairy butter
  • Real maple syrup
  1. Peel, core and chop up the apples
  2. Mix pancake batter per package directions
  3. Stir in chopped apple
  4. Stir in cinnamon or other spices
  5. Cook per directions
  6. Serve with non-dairy butter and real maple syrup
  7. Enjoy!
