Edible Skeleton Bones

- 2 packages ready-made pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded dairy free cheese
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 decorative skull (optional)
- Heat oven to 400’
- Roll one package of dough flat (as close to an oval shape as you can get)
- Spread 1⁄2 of the pizza sauce on top
- Sprinkle with 1⁄2 of the cheese
- Top with 1 cup spinach leaves
- Fold into thirds
- Form a loaf shape with seam along one side
- Pinch edges closed to seal and transfer to a baking sheet
- Repeat with other package of dough and remaining ingredients
- Place this loaf on a second baking sheet
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown
- Remove from baking sheets
- Place on wire rack to cool
- Cut each loaf into 1-inch slices
- Arrange on a large serving platter to resemble ribs with the skull at top (if desired)
