Mini Monster Chow
  • 1 package allergy safe semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick non-dairy butter
  • 1 cup sunflower butter
  • 9 cups checked rice cereal
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Melt together chocolate chips, non-dairy butter and sunflower butter
  2. Pour over cereal
  3. Mix well to coat
  4. Transfer to large zip lock bag
  5. Add powdered sugar
  6. Shake to coat
  7. Spread on a baking sheet to cool
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature (if you have any left that is!)
