Creepy Crispies
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy butter
  • 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
  • 6 cups crisped rice cereal
  • ½ cup allergy safe orange & brown candy covered chocolates
  1. Using a big saucepan melt non-dairy butter over low heat, add marshmallows
  2. Stir until completely melted
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add crisped rice cereal
  5. Stir until well coated
  6. Quickly add in colored candies
  7. Stir quickly so the candy color doesn’t bleed into the marshmallow
  8. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray
  9. Spray a spatula with non-stick spray or use wax paper - evenly press mixture into prepared pan, cool
  10. Using a Halloween shaped cookie cutter – cut into shapes to serve
