Creepy Crispies

- 3 tbsp non-dairy butter
- 1 package (10 oz., about 40) regular marshmallows
- 6 cups crisped rice cereal
- ½ cup allergy safe orange & brown candy covered chocolates
- Using a big saucepan melt non-dairy butter over low heat, add marshmallows
- Stir until completely melted
- Remove from heat
- Add crisped rice cereal
- Stir until well coated
- Quickly add in colored candies
- Stir quickly so the candy color doesn’t bleed into the marshmallow
- Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 glass pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Spray a spatula with non-stick spray or use wax paper - evenly press mixture into prepared pan, cool
- Using a Halloween shaped cookie cutter – cut into shapes to serve
