Pre-heat oven to 350’F
Warm cast iron pan in oven
Melt dairy-free margarine, mix in sugar, flour and all other ingredients
Stir to combine
When cast iron pan is warm, melt a little bit of dairy-free margarine in each compartment
Then pour in batter by the tablespoonful
When all compartments are filled, place pan in oven
Bake 10 minutes, then check, if not cooked all the way through, cook another 10 minutes
