Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
¼
tsp.
lemon zest
½
cup
olive oil
½
tsp.
kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to a bowl
Slowly whisk in olive oil, keep whisking the entire time
Whisk for about 5 minutes or until the vinaigrette begins to thicken
Add a bit more oil if the dressing does not thicken after 5 minutes
