Homemade Shake-n-Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten-free bread crumbs I prefer using panko style
  • ΒΌ dairy-free Parmesan shreds chopped into small pieces
  • 12/ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Coat chicken nuggets, tenders or other chicken pieces
  • Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through
  • I have been known to make extra of this so I can keep a bag ready to go in the freezer
