Ingredients

gluten-free bread crumbs
I prefer using panko style
ΒΌ
dairy-free Parmesan shreds
chopped into small pieces

garlic powder

tbsp.
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Coat chicken nuggets, tenders or other chicken pieces
Bake until chicken is cooked all the way through
I have been known to make extra of this so I can keep a bag ready to go in the freezer
