Ingredients
One package of your favorite chicken sausage
I always have a package or two in my freezer for nights like this
One package gluten-free rice pilaf
¼
cup
chopped white onion
½
cup
chopped button mushroom
Instructions
Cook pilaf according to package directions
Cook sausage until browned on all sides
Set aside sausage and let cool for a minute
Quickly saute mushrooms and onion, when cooked mix in to cooked pilaf
Plate up pilaf and top with slices of sausage
