Place pork in a slow cooker
Stir together: brown sugar, tamari, powdered garlic, paprika, powdered ginger – mix to combine
Pour over pork and make sure it is completely covered
Cook 4-5 hours on high or 7-8 hours on low, following your cooker’s instructions
minutes before pork is done cooking, prepare rice
minutes before serving, mix bok choy into meat, stir and cook until heated through
Serve over rice
