In a medium stock pot heat oil
Add mushroom, onion and celery
Cook until onion is translucent and veggies are tender
Add turkey and brown, as it cooks break turkey into bite sized pieces
Mix in tomato sauce, basil, tomato paste, no-salt blend and enough water to get you to a consistence you like
Simmer 10 minutes or until flavors melded to your preference
Serve over hot gluten free pasta
