Heat oil in medium stock pot on medium-high heat
Add pork loin, brown, turning occasionally
Add onion, ketchup, vinegar, molasses, brown sugar, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper and broth
Stir to combine and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer
Stir occasionally – cook 1 ½ hours
Uncover and simmer an additional 10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly
Pork will be tender and pull apart with a fork
Remove from heat
Shred pork with forks and serve
