Pre-heat oven to 375’F
Place bacon pieces in a sauté man over medium heat
Cook, stirring often, until most of the fat has been rendered out and bacon is crispy
Place Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper
Toss to coat
Bake 22-24 minutes, stir once during cooking
Add diced pear, and thyme, toss together
Return has to oven for 4-5 minutes to warm pears
Serve immediately
