Ingredients

cup
red onion
diced
½
pound
ground turkey
¼
cup
brown sugar
packed
½
cup
ketchup
2
tbsp.
vinegar
1
tbsp.
prepared mustard
1
can each
16 ounces/each – kidney beans, butter beans, small white beans, black beans
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 300’ F
In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat brown onion and ground turkey with a little olive oil
Drain & rinse beans
Mix brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and mustard together
Add beans and liquids to the ground turkey
Remove from heat and cover
Place in oven – bake for 1 ½ hours
