Simple Pumpkin Muffins

  • 1 package gluten-free dairy-free cake mix white, yellow or spice
  • 1 x 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup gold raisins


  • Pre-heat oven to 400’F
  • Line muffin tin with cupcake liners
  • Stir cake mix per package directions
  • Add in raisins, stir to combine
  • Spoon into muffin liners, fill about ¾ full
  • Bake 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
  • Remove from oven
  • Remove muffins from tins and cool on wire racks
