Quick Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • One package elbow noodles
  • 2 carrots - sliced in rounds
  • 3 sticks celery - chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1/2-1 red onion chopped
  • 1 can sliced black olives
  • 2 hand fulls fresh sugar snap peas - ends snapped off & string removed
  • Poppy Seed dressing - I like Briana's if you can find it or Annie's

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta
  • Once pasta is al-dente, run under cold water to stop the cooking
  • Cool the noodles completely down
  • Place into a large mixing bowl
  • Add in vegetables
  • Pour over dressing – if you are watching your calories, you can thin the dressing with some rice wine vinegar
