Brown bacon
Drain, crumble and set aside
Pour off bacon fat, brown ground beef, drain and set aside
Pour off fat, cook onion, pepper, garlic over low heat 2-3 minutes
Stir in wine and Worcestershire sauce, simmer uncovered 10 minutes
Stir in mustard, cumin seed, paprika, salt and pepper, simmer 10 minutes
Mash tomato
Add mashed tomato and meats to onion mixture
Heat to boiling
Reduce heat, simmer covered 1 ½ hours, stir occasionally
Best if made in advance (at least 1 day) and reheat when you want to eat it
