dry dates
pitted (plan on a minimum of 5 pieces/person)

slices
bacon - slice in half
1/2 slice per date
White Peach-Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
Wrap each date with 1/2 piece of raw bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Sautee in frying pan until bacon is crispy on both sides.
Drizzle with balsamic.
Eat hot.
