Strawberry Mango Salsa
So this isn't the most seasonal of dishes. However, strawberry season just about HERE on the Central Coast! With that I'm sharing this recipe. Strawberry-mango salsa travels well too. Think about all the holidays & family gatherings this will be good for. I really like serving this with Terra chips.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp diced red onion
- 3/4 c diced strawberries
- 3/4 c diced mango if you can't find fresh mango, ok to buy frozen and cut that up
- 1 jalapeno seeded & minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp honey - to taste ok to add more
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, mango, jalapeno, onion, cilantro, honey & lime juice.
- Serve immediately.
