Irish Apple Crumble

Ingredients
  

  • Filling:::
  • 6 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored & cubed
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 60 g light brown sugar
  • Juice of ½ a lemon
  • Crumble:::
  • 150 g flour
  • 175 g light brown sugar
  • 150 g quick cook oats
  • 200 g non-dairy margarine cold

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375’F
  • Place crumble ingredients in a large bowl, mix with fingers until it looks like pebbles
  • In a large baking pan, toss apples with flour, sugar & lemon juice
  • Cover with crumble topping until there is an even layer over the apples
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden brown, the fruit will be soft & bubbling
  • Serve warm
