Pre-heat oven to 375’F
Place crumble ingredients in a large bowl, mix with fingers until it looks like pebbles
In a large baking pan, toss apples with flour, sugar & lemon juice
Cover with crumble topping until there is an even layer over the apples
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crumble topping is golden brown, the fruit will be soft & bubbling
Serve warm
