Easy Chicken Tacos with Chili and Lime

Quick and easy chicken tacos in the Instant Pot. Your family will love them.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 pounds frozen chicken breast pieces
- 7 ounces salsa verde (1 can)
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground onion
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 limes zested
- 2 limes juice of
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (I use a garlic press)
- Corn tortillas & other taco toppings
Place olive oil, frozen chicken, salsa verde, chicken stock, paprika, cumin, ground onion, salt and lime zest into instant potClose lid and close valve to sealingSet pressure to highManually set time to 25 minutesWhen cooking is done, quick release vent pressureOpen lid, shred chickenStir in lime juice and minced garlicServe on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings
