Easy Chicken Tacos with Chili and Lime

Quick and easy chicken tacos in the Instant Pot. Your family will love them.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 pounds frozen chicken breast pieces
  • 7 ounces salsa verde (1 can)
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground onion
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 limes zested
  • 2 limes juice of
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (I use a garlic press)
  • Corn tortillas & other taco toppings

Instructions
 

  • Place olive oil, frozen chicken, salsa verde, chicken stock, paprika, cumin, ground onion, salt and lime zest into instant pot
    Close lid and close valve to sealing
    Set pressure to high
    Manually set time to 25 minutes
    When cooking is done, quick release vent pressure
    Open lid, shred chicken
    Stir in lime juice and minced garlic
    Serve on corn tortillas with your favorite toppings
