Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
- 2 small red onions diced
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 cans 15 oz size water
- 1 15.5 oz can black beans
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomato
- 1 15.5 oz can kidney beans
- 2 cup frozen corn
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 1 1.25 oz packet taco seasoning
- 1 1 oz packet dry ranch salad dressing
- Garnish: corn chips grated dairy free cheese, dairy free sour cream
Instructions
- In a large stock pot brown ground turkey and onion
- Add tomato sauce, water, diced tomato and stir
- Open beans, drain and rinse in water
- Add to pot
- Add corn, olives, taco seasoning, ranch mix and stir
- Bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer
- Cook for 1 hour
- Serve hot with your favorite garnishes
