Marsala Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ quarts red onion diced
  • ½ pound dairy free margarine
  • 2 ½ lbs button mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Sweat onions & mushrooms with dairy free margarine for about 10 minutes
  • Mix in wine and pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Serve warm as a side dish or with picks as an appetizer
