red onion
diced

dairy free margarine

button mushrooms
cleaned and trimmed

Marsala wine

tsp
ground pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
Sweat onions & mushrooms with dairy free margarine for about 10 minutes
Mix in wine and pepper
Salt to taste
Serve warm as a side dish or with picks as an appetizer
