Sesame Dressing

This easy to make sesame dressing will be a family favorite.
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup local honey
- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp. tamari
- 1/4 tsp. sesame oil
- Salt &pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a pint size mason jar,cover tightly with a plastic canning lid (see note below)
Shake to combine
Pour over your favorite salad mix – I’m partial to a mix of chopped cabbage, carrot, green onion, radish, edamame
Store extra in the refrigerator
NOTE: I use a plastic canning lid as I have noticed metal lids react with the acids in the dressing
