My family just adores snack foods that have a rice cereal base. This recipe for mini monster chow is a big hit.
Not only is this easy to make, but I’ve made it allergy safe so the whole family can enjoy it. Ok… so I can enjoy it!
You might want to double the batch, because my family of three can tear through this in no time flat. If you have any guests over might want to consider tripling the recipe.

Mini Monster Chow
1 package allergy safe semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 stick non-dairy butter
1 cup sunflower butter
9 cups checked rice cereal
Powdered sugar
Melt together chocolate chips, non-dairy butter and sunflower butter
Pour over cereal
Mix well to coat
Transfer to large zip lock bag
Add powdered sugar
Shake to coat
Spread on a baking sheet to cool
Store in an airtight container at room temperature (if you have any left that is!)
