My family is obsessed with breakfast for dinner and we love these easy apple pancakes come fall. I mean what is easier than breakfast for dinner? Few ingredients, simple process, happy bellies – it’s a win win for this working mom.
Doesn’t it sound yummy? And totally easy to make. This is a prime example of cheating in the kitchen.
Apple Pancakes for Dinner
1 package ready made pancake batter – I use original Bisquick as it’s dairy free and safe for me to eat
1-2 apples (we like to use Fuji)
Cinnamon or other spice of choice
Non-dairy butter
Real maple syrup
Peel, core and chop up the apples
Mix pancake batter per package directions
Stir in chopped apple
Stir in cinnamon or other spices
Cook per directions
Serve with non-dairy butter and real maple syrup
Enjoy!
