Marinated Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
  

  • 3 portobello mushrooms
  • ΒΌ cup canola oil
  • 1/2 large red onion chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Clean mushrooms & cut off stems
  • Place mushrooms in a dish, gills up
  • Mix marinade together
  • Pour over mushrooms
  • Let sit for one hour
  • Grill about 10 minutes or until done
  • Eat solo, or plate on a bun for a mushroom burger
