If pork tenderloin is too long to fit in the slow cooker, cut in half so two equal length pieces fit into the slow cooker, set aside, do not place in slow cooker yet
In a medium bowl, whisk together broth, honey, balsamic vinegar, ketchup and corn starch
Pour sauce mixture into bottom of slow cooker
In another small bowl mix together garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika
Rub dry mixture over all sides of the pork tenderloin
Once pork is covered with the dry rub, place it in the slow cooker
Cover and cook on high for 1 ½ - 2 hours, or on low for 4 hours
Pork is done when it reads 150-160’ F with a meat thermometer is placed in the thickest part of the pork
