Homemade Salsa

If I’m left on my own I'll happily eat a great bowl of homemade salsa & chips. If I don't have to feed my family I just nibble all night long.
- 2 to matoes – cored & chopped into a good size chop
- ½ white onion – chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro – rough chop
- Lemon juice – to taste
- Kosher salt – to taste
- Garlic powder – to taste
Mix the above ingredients together in a bowl.
Season with lemon juice, salt & garlic powder to taste.
Serve immediately with your favorite chips, veggies or on top of a fish taco.
