Heather's Chunky Bean Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 1 – 15oz can white beans drained & rinsed
  • 2 tbsp lemon oil
  • 1/3 c dry parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Place garlic powder, parsley flakes & lemon oil in blender or food processor
  • Process about 20 seconds
  • Add beans, lime juice, salt & pepper to taste
  • Blend about 20 more seconds – it will form a thick, slightly chunky puree
  • Transfer to serving bowl & enjoy with your favorite chips or vegetable slices
