Fresh Fruit Crumble

The fresh fruit crumble from sloCooking is a tasty dessert to make with fresh summer stone fruit. But you can make it year round with your favorite frozen fruit!
- FILLING: ¾ cup sugar
- 6 tbsp. tapioca flour
- 5-6 cups fresh fruit, I used plums
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- CRUMBLE: 3 cups oats
- ¾ cups loose light brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1/3 cup + coconut oil
Pre-heat oven to 350’FSpray 9x13 glass pan with non-stick sprayWhisk together sugar and tapioca flourAdd fruit, lemon juice and vanillaPour into prepared glass panMix topping ingredients together until crumblySprinkle topping over fruit in panBake 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown
