Edible Skeleton Bones

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages ready-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded dairy free cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1 decorative skull optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400’
  • Roll one package of dough flat (as close to an oval shape as you can get)
  • Spread 1⁄2 of the pizza sauce on top
  • Sprinkle with 1⁄2 of the cheese
  • Top with 1 cup spinach leaves
  • Fold into thirds
  • Form a loaf shape with seam along one side
  • Pinch edges closed to seal and transfer to a baking sheet
  • Repeat with other package of dough and remaining ingredients
  • Place this loaf on a second baking sheet
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown
  • Remove from baking sheets
  • Place on wire rack to cool
  • Cut each loaf into 1-inch slices
  • Arrange on a large serving platter to resemble ribs with the skull at top (if desired)
