Heat oven to 400’
Roll one package of dough flat (as close to an oval shape as you can get)
Spread 1⁄2 of the pizza sauce on top
Sprinkle with 1⁄2 of the cheese
Top with 1 cup spinach leaves
Fold into thirds
Form a loaf shape with seam along one side
Pinch edges closed to seal and transfer to a baking sheet
Repeat with other package of dough and remaining ingredients
Place this loaf on a second baking sheet
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from baking sheets
Place on wire rack to cool
Cut each loaf into 1-inch slices
Arrange on a large serving platter to resemble ribs with the skull at top (if desired)
