Pre-heat oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat
Add onion, bell pepper and celery – cook until tender
Remove vegetables from pan, set aside
Add a bit more oil to the pan and add ground turkey
Cook until broken up and browned
Add vegetables to cooked turkey
Mix in tomato, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce
Stir and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes
While meat mixture is cooking, heat water in a stock pot, cook gluten-free noodles according to package directions
Drain cooked noodles and add to meat mixture
Add in dairy-free cheese, stir to combine
Serve hot
