Happy Margarita Day – better stock up on good Mexican tequila while you can (just kidding, but no – really – do it). To celebrate one of my favorite beverages I’m sharing with you a recipe we acquired while running our catering company. This is a crowd pleaser and one that I like to make when making mass quantities of margaritas! I hope you enjoy this recipe on national margarita day – I sure will. This variety is mixed and served on the rocks – not blended (I’m not partial to that). I also do not salt the rim when I drink these.
