Got a hankering to mix it up a bit instead of making crispy treats like I usually do – so instead of using crispy cereal – I used air popped popcorn and made a batch of marshmallow popcorn.
Not too bad. I didn’t have the recipe in front of me when I was cooking, so I accidentally used too many mini-marshmallows.
Did you know the small colored ones turn a really funky color when melted? Lucky you can’t tell when poured over popcorn.
