Bacon wrapped chicken. Need I say more?? I found this recipe in a cookbook, sorry I can’t remember which one, and thought it was a fabulous way to dress of plain old chicken.
I mean really, what the heck? Bacon + chicken, must be good. To serve dip these in your favorite BBQ sauce, Ranch or Blue Cheese dressing. You can either use this as a yummy appetizer or pair with a salad for a delicious full meal.

Roll 1 piece of bacon around one piece of chicken
Secure with tooth pick
