Oh my pretties. How I can’t wait to eat these marinated mushroom caps for dinner.
Since I don’t feel like starting coals tonight just for myself I’m probably going to either broil or use the George Forman.
MARINATED MUSHROOM CAPS
3 portobello mushrooms
¼ cup canola oil
1/2 large red onion chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Clean mushrooms & cut off stems
Place mushrooms in a dish, gills up
Mix marinade together
Pour over mushrooms
Let sit for one hour
Grill about 10 minutes or until done
Eat solo, or plate on a bun for a mushroom burger
