Peppermint Lemonade

Happy July! How is it possible that the summer is almost half way over? I just got an email from the kiddo’s school with the link to go and complete her registration paperwork for next school year. And while I’m at it, gulp – school starts back on August 21st! But despite this – there is still lots of summer left and plenty of time to make this delicious Peppermint Lemonade.

I crave lemonade on hot summer days, don’t you? Are you going to make it? Did you like it? I’d love for you to comment  – let me know I’m not the only one reading this! J
