Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

Well it’s officially fall and as my friends say it’s PS season (for anyone that doesn’t speak fall crazed, that’s “pumpkin spice”). There are so many ways to incorporate pumpkin into the foods cooked in the kitchen. Take this recipe for chocolate chip pumpkin bread – I just discovered this one and will certainly be making again!

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread

1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup plain soy milk
¾ cup dairy-free/allergy safe chocolate chips

Pour into bread pan – bake 50-60 minutes (add more time in 5 minute blocks, if the bread doesn’t cook in that time)
